What to bring on Ride Day, Sunday
May 25!
Mandatory -
- Helmet – absolutely mandatory; you
may not ride without a helmet.

Giro T.O. T-shirt – this is
your ‘ticket’ to food at the rest stops.
Recommended –

or getting lost. In case of mishap, phone First Response Ontario, Robert
Kennedy at 1-866-FRO EMS1. In case
of serious accident, call 911.
- padded biking shorts – Your
‘sensitive parts’ will thank you!
Also, consider -
- sunglasses
- depending
on weather forecast, sunscreen or
rain slicker
- spare bike tube and patch kit
(including tire levers), for flats
- small bike pump, fastened to your
frame
- cash and/or TTC tokens
- camera – Snap photos of the entire
city along the way!
- your own snacks - In case of any
diet restrictions or allergies
