Villa Colombo is an ethno-specific long-term care facility that provides 24-hour nursing care services to the Italian-Canadian population and the community at large. Villa Colombo’s care team includes Italian speaking staff and physicians who visit residents on a weekly basis.
Application for admission into a provincially regulated long-term care facility can only be made through a Community Care Access Centre. Please contact the office of the CCAC in your area to make an appointment with a Care Coordinator/Case Manager.
CCACs will answer your questions and help with the application form. We can provide you with assistance in accessing community support services that may help you manage until admission is arranged.
