» Elderly Persons' Centre (E.P.C.)

The Elderly Persons' Centre at Villa Colombo is designed to reach out to seniors over 55 years of age living in the community. For an annual fee, seniors are invited to participate in programs and services offered in the Day Program.

Programs

Recreational Activities
Social activities include bingo, bocce, card playing and films
Educational
Library services and lectures on topics of concern to seniors
Exercise Classes
Qualified staff offer seniors exercise classes which promote physical agility
Outings
Frequent bus trips to places of interest are organized
Spiritual Enrichment
Celebration of religious holidays, spiritual counseling, and daily mass are an integral part of daily activities

Services
A minimal fee is charged for the following:

Beauty Salon
Open Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Barber Shop
Open every other Monday
Meals:
Members may bring their own lunch or enjoy hot nutritious Italian-style meals prepared on-site
Transportation:
Bus transportation is offered in designated areas for pick-up and drop-off.
