Caboto Terrace

Caboto Terrace is a unique residence of one bedroom apartments for seniors. Various activities are organized in order to provide a superior quality of life, while still respecting the privacy and independence of the individual.

Each suite within Caboto Terrace is equipped with a full-service kitchen, full bathroom, separate bedroom, living/dining area, private balcony and a large storage closet. All suites also have individually controlled thermostats and outlets for TV, phone, and air conditioning.

Casa DelZotto

Casa DelZotto offers 202 suites of residential accommodation, 185 of which are one-bedroom suites, and the remainder being two-bedroom suites.

Each suite within Casa DelZotto is equipped with a full-service kitchen, full bathroom, separate bedroom, living/dining area, and a large storage closet. All suites are also air conditioned and have individually controlled thermostats to accommodate the senior’s comfort level.

Casa Abruzzo

Casa Abruzzo offers living accommodations for independent seniors. This newly renovated building offers 175 suites of residential accommodation: 148 one-bedroom suites and 27 two-bedroom suites ranging from 860-1284 sq ft.

Each suite within Casa Abruzzo is equipped with a full-service kitchen, full bathroom, separate bedroom, living/dining room, and a large walk in storage closet. All suites are also air conditioned and have individually controlled thermostats to accommodate each tenants comfort level.
