Opening its doors in 1984, Caboto Terrace was the first high-rise residential building built on Villa Charities’ Dufferin and Lawrence campus. Located next to Columbus Centre and across from Villa Colombo, Caboto Terrace has 260 apartments that provide comfortable and affordable homes to over 300 people. Casa DelZotto, established in 1991, is located next to Caboto Terrace and is the second seniors independent living apartment building on the Dufferin and Lawrence site.
