Toronto, ON, January 27, 2017 – Anthony DiCaita has been appointed President and CEO of Villa Charities Inc., effective as of Monday, January 23, 2017. Villa Charities is a registered charity that provides Italian Canadian culturally sensitive care and independent living for seniors as well as educational, cultural and athletic programs. He is an accomplished leader with more than twenty years of senior level finance and management experience in the healthcare sector.

Prior to joining Villa Charities Inc., DiCaita was Executive Vice President, CFO and CPO for Humber River Hospital and Vice President and CFO at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance. He also served as Project Director for Comprehensive Care International, in Cairo, Egypt.
With a unique combination of experiences, he excels at building and directing cross-functional teams, to deliver exceptional service and outcomes. Described as versatile and collaborative, DiCaita is known to generate, assess and implement successful solutions that foster and support positive organizational outcomes. He has a natural ability to earn the trust, confidence and respect of key stakeholders.
