With varied, high-intensity functional movements, our new OMEGA High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) at the Columbus Centre Athletic Club coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their strength, physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in an encouraging environment. Using various training equipment including kettle bells, resistance bands, battle ropes and sledgehammers, OMEGA is designed to improve your endurance, stamina, strength, mobility, power, speed, agility, balance and coordination

With our specialized coaching staff, OMEGA is scalable for everyone, from beginners to high-level athletes. OMEGA will instill you with renewed energy and excitement to continue your health and fitness journey.

We are offering a 4-week complimentary trial period for anyone who is interested in OMEGA.

Between March 2 and March 30, 2020, experience OMEGA by joining any of our complimentary trial classes. If you sign up for an OMEGA Membership during this trial period, you will receive an OMEGA Membership at a discounted rate.

Plus, a Columbus Centre Athletic Club General Fitness Membership is included with your OMEGA Membership.

HERCULES (Strength)

A mighty strength-based workout befitting the Prince of Power. This class features a combination of exercises designed to challenge your strength the way the 12 trials Hercules did himself!

ARTEMIS (Cardio)

Go “wild” with a cardio workout honouring the Goddess of the Hunt and the Wilderness. This collection of exercises will challenge you and make your heart race like a wild animal on the prowl through the jungle!

The most senior of the Gods and ruler of the sky. This beginner workout inspired by the King of Olympus is built for those who are established and more mature in temperament, not for the brash and boisterous!
