We are pleased to introduce a new series of unique culinary workshops, with a distinct Italian flair! Join us for an intimate and interactive cooking experience, where you’ll explore beginner-level rustic Italian recipes for contemporary living. All workshops will include a pairing of wine and a communal meal to enjoy your culinary creations with the other participants.
Instructor: Franco Berti is an Italian-born and raised, Toronto-based chef / pizzaiolo and visual artist. Uniquely influenced by the Italian and the Toronto gastronomical culture, Franco enjoys taking a fresh approach to traditional meals, giving them new meaning.
