In partnership with Cucinato Italian Culinary Studio, Villa Charities presents a series of unique culinary workshops, with a distinct Italian flair! All workshops are interactive and provide an opportunity for students to make their own meal on an individual stove. Workshops will include a communal meal to enjoy your culinary creations with the other participants.
Instructor: Franco Berti is an Italian-born and raised, Toronto–based chef/pizzaiolo and visual artist. Uniquely influenced by the Italian and Toronto gastronomical culture, Franco currently works at popular Italian eatery, Nodo Restaurant.
