March Break Camp

For over 20 years, Villa Charities’ Columbus Centre March Break camp has been offering something for every camper. With 14 different camps to choose from, including dance, art, sports, kitchen and magic camps, there is little, if anything, that we cannot provide for your child.

Our camps are engaging, active, and focused on giving your child a summer retreat where they can interact with others in a fun and exciting environment. Our full-day or half-day options make our camps very customizable and easily adaptable to your scheduling needs. We offer extended care for before and after camp hours, excursions as well as a hot lunch menu.

With over 22 camp counsellors, six instructors for indoor camps, and over 40 volunteers from community members, Columbus Centre summer camp is adequately staffed to ensure your child is safe, properly looked after, and given adequate one-on- one time to enhance whatever skills they have come to explore.

Special Needs Campers

Part of our philosophy at the Columbus Centre is to integrate children of diverse developmental backgrounds into our camp programs. We provide special needs counsellors (one-on-one or small groups) as determined by the Camp Coordinator’s assessment and/or supplemented by a doctor’s note provided by the camper’s parent or guardian.

Alternatively, we do welcome those campers who bring their own support worker. We would be happy to meet with families to discuss their child’s needs to ensure a positive camp experience. Please contact the Cultural Arts office should you require any additional information.

Please note: Additional fees will apply.

If you have a child with special needs, we require that you register by Friday, February 15, 2019.
