Sandro is a first generation Canadian who was born in Toronto to Italian immigrants. He has lived and worked in Toronto for his entire life. Sandro is married with two sons who, while they are Canadian, have been raised with Italian culture and traditions.
Sandro is a professional accountant, with a CPA and a CMA designation, and has over 35 years of senior management experience in various sectors, predominantly in real estate. His breadth of knowledge in the real estate sector extends to construction, asset management, property management, financial reporting, accounting and leasing. Currently, Sandro is the CFO of a private equity firm and in this role he is responsible for asset management, financing, reporting and accounting. Once his sons no longer needed him to remain involved in their extracurricular activities, he decided that it was time to become involved in community volunteer work. In 2015, Sandro was appointed as a volunteer director of the Columbus Centre Board and subsequently appointed as a representative of Columbus Centre on the Villa Charities Board of Directors. Sandro’s role has involved assisting in the financial aspects of the Columbus Centre Board.
