Want to improve your Strength & Conditioning in only 45 minutes?

Columbus Centre Athletic Club’s OMEGA High-Intensity Interval Training is a varied, high-intensity functional training program.

 

These 45-minute workouts will help improve physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in an encouraging environment with specialized coaches. The classes use various training equipment including kettle bells, resistance bands, battle ropes, sleds, tanks, and much more. OMEGA is designed to improve your endurance, stamina, strength, mobility, power, speed, agility, balance, and coordination.

OMEGA Strength

 

This class is a full-body training that involves rotating through different exercises with limited to no rest in between. It can help improve muscular strength and endurance, promote heart health, and support weight loss. When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being, including increased bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness, improved joint function, reduced potential for injury, increased bone density, increased metabolism, improved cardiac function, and elevated HDL cholesterol.

OMEGA Cardio and Core

 

This class is a full-body training that involves rotating through different exercises with limited to no rest in between. It can help improve muscular strength and endurance, promote heart health, and support weight loss. OMEGA Strength and Cardio

 

This class combines both strength and cardiovascular training. High-intensity aerobics and exercises are performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all set exercises in the program. When one circuit is completed, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Typically, the time between exercises in circuit training is short and often with rapid movement to the next exercise.

 

60-Minute Workout

Maximum 8 participants

OMEGA 55 + (Beginner)

 

This low to medium-intensity interval training class combines both strength and cardiovascular movements specifically designed for the beginner, those returning to fitness and/or for the 55+ participant. Typically, the time between exercises in circuit training is short and often with rapid movement to the next exercise. OMEGA 55+ will be performed at a slower pace, with the emphasis on form and technique.
