Mind and Body Awareness Classes

Mobility training classes increase the range of movement and motion that our body can perform. Range of movement may become limited over time due to loss of muscle mass, injury, or degenerative changes. With mobility training, seniors can recover movement that they may have lost and prevent future serious injury due to slips or falls.

These fun and energetic classes encourage seniors to experience the joy and freedom of dancing in a pool. Medical conditions, injury, and age-related physical restrictions create challenges for moving easily. Movement in the pool is much easier on joints due to the buoyancy that water allows. Seniors will have a greater range of movement, allowing them to dance freely in the pool.
