Due to poor weather and anticipated thunder and lightning in the forecast we have made the difficult decision to cancel today’s ride with rider safety of utmost importance. We will still be serving breakfast and lunch to registered Giro riders at the Veneto Centre located at 7465 Kipling Ave, Woodbridge, ON. L4L 1Y5

Villa Charities Giro Cycling Fundraiser
The 19th Annual Villa Charities Giro Cycling Fundraiser held on Sunday, May 24 at the Veneto Centre, was a great success!
Thanks to the incredible support and generosity of our community, this year’s Giro surpassed its fundraising goal, raising more than $160,000!
Save the date for next years’ Giro as we celebrate the 20th Anniversary on Sunday, May 30, 2027.
2025 Heart & Hand Awards
On Friday, November 7, 2025, Villa Charities Foundation proudly hosted the 2025 Heart & Hand Awards, the signature event for recognizing volunteers across the Villa Charities family.
Throughout the evening, eight volunteer recipients for the Villa Charities group of companies were presented with the 2025 Heart & Hand Award. The Anthony Fusco Sr. Outstanding Volunteer Award was also presented to Edward Sorbara for his remarkable dedication, advocacy, and philanthropic support of Villa Charities and its affiliates.
The event raised more than $275,000, which will help support Villa Charities’ programs and services, including senior care, cultural programming, youth services, and education and scholarships.
