Experience the premier cycling event of the year at our 19th Annual Villa Charities Giro Cycling Fundraiser on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at the Veneto Centre in Woodbridge, ON.
Join us for an exhilarating and safe ride through the countryside of Vaughan, Kleinburg, and King City as Villa Charities Foundation celebrates the exhilarating finale of the Giro d’Italia! With a route option for every level, choose from our family-friendly 25km route or our scenic and challenging 60km and 100km routes. Enjoy rest stops along the way with gourmet Italian food and beverages, all while supporting a great cause.
Proceeds raised will support Villa Charities’ mission of enriching lives through experiences and services that honour Italian culture and heritage by providing funding for services such as senior care, cultural programing, youth services, education, and scholarships.
2025 Heart & Hand Awards
On Friday, November 7, 2025, Villa Charities Foundation proudly hosted the 2025 Heart & Hand Awards, the signature event for recognizing volunteers across the Villa Charities family.
Throughout the evening, eight volunteer recipients for the Villa Charities group of companies were presented with the 2025 Heart & Hand Award. The Anthony Fusco Sr. Outstanding Volunteer Award was also presented to Edward Sorbara for his remarkable dedication, advocacy, and philanthropic support of Villa Charities and its affiliates.
The event raised more than $275,000, which will help support Villa Charities’ programs and services, including senior care, cultural programming, youth services, and education and scholarships.
