NEW! Learn Italian By Doing
This spring we are launching a new program where people can learn or practice Italian in a relaxed and “simpatico” atmosphere outside of a classroom.
Come and join us to learn or polish your Italian while doing yoga or enjoying a delicious meal and conversation at Ristorante Boccaccio at the Columbus Centre.

Yoga is a discipline for the body, mind and spirit. It serves to make us live better and happier. It’s a healthy way to discover our roots, and in this class, it will serve as a way to help us to rekindle with the Italian language.
This program will be conducted in Italian and will include some physical stretches and positions (asana), relaxation, breathing exercises, and a space for personal sharing (in English and Italian) to embrace a feeling of community.
